Position           : Business Operations/Accounting Consultant

Job Description:

Business Operations/Accounting Consultant (Oklahoma City, OK) required to Optimize inventory management for pet spa products/nutritional supplies. Develop/present the annual budget, monitoring actual performance against the budget on a monthly/quarterly basis. Develop/implement strategies to streamline scheduling, staffing, and customer service. Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness. Implement customer outreach programs, loyalty incentives, and partnerships. Recommend digital marketing/social media strategies to attract new clients. Develop best practices for grooming/spa  treatments/nutrition consultations. Create operational training plan for staff to improve efficiency/service delivery. Report to management about asset utilization/audit results and recommend changes in operations/financial activities. Inspect account books/accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. Analyze business operations / trends / costs / revenues / financial commitments / obligations to project future revenues/expenses or to provide advice.   Prepare/review monthly business cash flow reports.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related field, or foreign equivalent.
